Buyer Agreement (v1.0 · 2026-05-01)

By unlocking your first card, you agree to the terms below. The full text is identical to /legal/buyer-agreement on the marketplace API.

1. What you are buying

A single, time-limited unlock of structured project data within Northern California. You are not buying contact details for any individual.

2. Allowed use

Identify properties where remodeling work is intended; market your remodeling services subject to all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).

3. Prohibited use

No resale, sublicense, or republishing. No reverse-engineering of the source. No aggregation into derivative datasets.

4. Compliance you own

Operator does not perform DNC, TCPA-litigator, or CAN-SPAM scrubbing. Buyer is solely responsible.

5. Exclusivity

Cards may be unlocked by multiple buyers. Operator does not guarantee exclusivity.

6. No representation

Cards may be stale. Operator makes no warranty of accuracy.

7. Refunds

Non-refundable except where the card was retired before unlock or a payment-processing error occurred. Disputes within 14 days.

8. Buyer status

Buyer represents being a licensed contractor. Account may be suspended on suspicion of resale.

9. Limitation of liability

Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the sum paid in the prior 90 days.
